Refund policy

At SugarPods, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases of home, lifestyle, and everyday essential products. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Return Policy

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Must be in original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Please record a clear unboxing video without cuts or pauses
  • The video must start before opening the package
  • Without video proof, return or refund requests will not be accepted

📩 Return Request Process

  • All return, refund, or exchange requests must be submitted via email
  • Customers must email at: support.sugarpods@gmail.com
  • Requests sent through any other medium will not be accepted
  • Please include order details and reason for request in the email

Valid Reasons for Return

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items
  • Defective or damaged product (received in damaged condition)

Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return reason is due to an error by SugarPods, we will arrange a free reverse pickup
  • If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, color choice, etc.), the product must be shipped back to our warehouse at the customer’s cost
  • In case of return or exchange, customers must pay the shipping charges, which depend on the product’s weight and value

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued as store credit
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on SugarPods
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection approval

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Hygiene-related or consumable items (if applicable)
  • Items returned without a proper unboxing video

⚠️ Electronics Items Policy (Important)

  • No refunds will be provided on electronics items
  • Electronics products are only eligible for exchange, subject to approval
  • Exchange requests must meet all return conditions mentioned above
  • If approved, replacement will be provided for the same product or equivalent value

Terms & Conditions

  • Returns will not be processed if the product shows signs of usage or physical damage
  • Products must be returned in resalable condition
  • SugarPods reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after inspection
  • In case of return or exchange, customers must pay the shipping charges, which depend on the product’s weight and value
  • Electronics items are strictly non-refundable and only eligible for exchange under applicable conditions
